Complaints Policy

As a member of the British Pest Control Association, we follow their complaints procedure which is as follows, covered on the following website: https://bpca.org.uk/complaints . A summary of the steps are below.

  1. Telephone Peacocks Pest Control to try and resolve the issue

  2. Email Peacocks Pest Control to resolve the issue

  3. Inform Peacocks Pest Control that a complaint will be submitted to the British Pest Control Assoication (BPCA) if issue is not resolved
