⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We had an issue with pests and were really frustrated, so we called Gareth. He did his best to fit us in at very short notice and was incredibly reassuring over the phone, even giving us helpful advice before he had even come out.

When he arrived, he was extremely professional, friendly and thorough. He did a fantastic job identifying exactly where the issue was and went above and beyond to find and block the access points, even using his tools to lift parts of our decking to make sure everything was properly secured.

What really stood out was how genuine and reassuring he was throughout. We never felt like he was trying to push unnecessary visits or services just to make more money. He took the time to explain everything and made us feel confident that we had a proper solution going forward.

Would highly recommend Gareth — fantastic service from start to finish

I called peacocks out for a stressful rodent problem in my home, and I could not be happier with the service.
Unlike other companies that just throw down some bait boxes and leave, the technician spent a significant amount of time thoroughly inspecting both the inside and outside of my property. They were determined to find the actual entry points, tracking down gaps around my pipework and a drain issue that the pests were using to get in .They focused on long-term prevention and structural proofing, not just a temporary fix.
The communication was fantastic from start to finish. They explained exactly what they found, walked me through the treatment plan, and were incredibly responsive whenever I had a question. On top of the amazing service, the price was very fair and completely transparent—no hidden fees or unexpected extras.
If you want a thorough, honest, and professional team that actually solves the problem rather than just masking it, I highly recommend them!

Amazing service.

Jordan came out to us for a free consultation. He was very thorough in his search. Although we had no rodents on our property he could see that they have passed through. He was determined to find the source so he checked with our neighbours and also outside the front of the house.
He found the source and advised us accordingly.

Jordan was extremely helpful, thorough and very knowledgable. He really put our minds to rest and we wouldn’t hesitaste to contact him again if we have any future issues.

Would highly recommend.

We have been using this Peacocks Pest control for our commercial space, and they are consistently outstanding. Reliability is huge for us, and they always turn up on time. Whenever we have had an urgent need, they have been exceptionally prompt in their response.

What really sets them apart is their efficiency and professionalism. They have an extremely well organized online system that houses all of our paperwork in one place, making compliance and record keeping easy. On site, their team arrives in a clean, smart work van and conducts everything quietly and neatly without disrupting our daily business operations. Highly recommended for any business looking for dependable, hassle-free service. Thank you! 😊

Could not be more grateful to the team at Peacocks! I called on a Saturday morning after finding bed bugs in my young daughter’s bed. I spoke to Gareth and he moved a few things around so that he could come and visit us the same day. He arrived later that afternoon and was with us until gone 6 o’clock treating our house.

I love that they were so honest, informative and thorough!

They came and assessed our situation and kept us completely in the loop with what would need to be done. They said it might need 3 visit but actually it turned out we only needed 2 and they were completely open and honest about that instead of charging us for an extra visit that we didn’t need.

Very nice guys and it’s a shame I met them in circumstances such as these.

I reported scratching noises and scurrying noises in two loft areas. Gareth arrived promptly and identified squirrel intrusion through faulty fascia repairs in addition to mouse intrusion in the utility room. Comprehensive advice was provided and a plan to resolve these issues agreed.
I would thoroughly recommend Gareth for his professional knowledge personable manner and comprehensive advice given.
Thanks Gareth
