Amazing service. Jordan came out to us for a free consultation. He was very thorough in his search. Although we had no rodents on our property he could see that they have passed through. He was determined to find the source so he checked with our neighbours and also outside the front of the house. He found the source and advised us accordingly. Jordan was extremely helpful, thorough and very knowledgable. He really put our minds to rest and we wouldn’t hesitaste to contact him again if we have any future issues. Could not be more grateful to the team at Peacocks!  I called on a Saturday morning after finding bed bugs in my young daughter’s bed. I spoke to Gareth and he moved a few things around so that he could come and visit us the same day. He arrived later that afternoon and was with us until gone 6 o’clock treating our house. I love that they were so honest, informative and thorough! They came and assessed our situation and kept us completely in the loop with what would need to be done. They said it might need 3 visit but actually it turned out we only needed 2 and they were completely open and honest about that instead of charging us for an extra visit that we didn’t need. I reported scratching noises and scurrying noises in two loft areas. Gareth arrived promptly and identified squirrel intrusion through faulty fascia repairs in addition to mouse intrusion in the utility room. I honestly cannot recommend Gareth from Peacocks Pest Control highly enough! I had a particularly stubborn mouse in my loft that was proving incredibly difficult to catch, but Gareth was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. He showed so much patience, determination and genuine care in getting the problem properly sorted. He didn’t just put down a few traps and hope for the best. He took the time to investigate, monitor the mouse’s behaviour and try different approaches. He even installed cameras to help understand what the mouse was doing and work out the best strategy. What impressed me most was that Gareth simply wouldn’t give up. He kept trying, adapting and thinking of new solutions until he finally got the result we needed. I always felt that he was genuinely committed to solving the problem, rather than just doing the minimum and moving on. It’s rare to come across someone so thorough, persistent and dedicated to their work. If you have a pest problem — especially one that’s proving difficult to resolve — I would wholeheartedly recommend Gareth. Fantastic service from a genuinely decent and dedicated professional.
